NEWS
29.09.2011
The official documents received from "Airline" UTair ", public corporation (further - Airline) by "Investment-financial company "Avialeasing", JSC (further - Avialeasing) stated, that the Airline had two aircrafts which are the property of Avialeasing andleased by the Airline overhauled. Thus:
1. The overhauls were not agreed with the proprietor in breach of the contract terms. Actually the proprietor was not even notified of such services held on its aircrafts.
2. The overhauls were held without withdrawal of the aircrafts though according to Avialeasing experience the specified works take about 90 days and demand a stop of operation of the aircrafts subjected to such overhauls.
3. The overhauls were held without transfering the aircrafts to the aircraft repair enterprises, or on the manufacturer, who have the corresponding governmental which is duely proved by official information from the aircraft repair enterprises.
4. The overhauls were held long before the expiration of standard between-repair resources and aircrafts service life (operation).
5. Neither the Airline nor its branches have the governmental licences for carrying out overhauls of aircrafts.
The above mentioned facts indicate rough neglect of aviation safety norms by the Airline, being on the edge to criminal negligence. Avialeasing declares, that all negative consequences of such actions entirely lay down on the Airline.
In the given circumstances Avialeasing does not see for itself other way of acting, rather than applying to supervising and investigatory bodies with official statements about inadmissibility of such actions, undertaking immediate measures for prevention of approach of possible negative consequences of actions of the Airline, undertaking sufficient measures for banning such actions henceforth.
Official appeals with the appendix of corresponding documents are already sent to supervising and law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation.

Sale & Lease

The Avialeasing Company is one of the oldest leasing companies in Russia, that focuses exclusively on aviation equipment. Since 1996 Avialesing has been operating at the territory of Perm Region. That year the Company succeeded in leasing of the Tupolev-204 aircraft. After many years of doing business the Company succeeded in various projects such as continuing airworthiness of the PS-90A power plant, leasing out such aircraft as Tupolev Tu-204-100, Tu-154B, Tu-154M, Yakovlev Yak-40  to Russian airlines.

For the next 3-5 years Avialeasing has set up the following goals:

1) to rexecute the project of re-equiping domestic airlines with new regional aircraft SSJ-100. As part of the SSJ-100 project Avialeasing is setting up Western-Ural Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Center on the base of the Perm airport complex "Bolshoye Savino"

2) to provide Russian airlines with Western-built aircraft

3) to develop a program of delivery, maintenance and operation of business aircraft.

Safety control, reliability and cost effectiveness is an integral part of everyday business activity that ensures the Company’s success on the lease market.

Nowadays major Russian companies, dealing with lease, sales, counseling and technical maintenance of the aircraft are generally public-private ones or owned by state-banks companies. For example Ilyushin Finance Co. (IFC), Finance Leasing Company (FLC), VTB-Leasing and WEB-Leasing. As far as private leasing companies in Russia don’t have an access to sufficient volume of financial sources today,  most of them are dealing with pre-owned aircraft.

Today Avialeasing implements the new leasing programme of the new domestic-manufactured aircraft.
