Sergey A. Sopov (born in 1957) – the President of  the Avialeasing Company

Education:

Higher: Perm Command Engineering High School, “Automatic control systems”. Military service at Baikonur launch area, participation in ground tests of the Almaz rocket complex and the soviet reusable Buran transport space system.

In 1988 took part in the first launch of the Energiya-Buran space reusable system. Worked as a teacher in Moscow Aviation Institute.

In 1991 was invited by the President of Kazakhstan to Alma-Ata, where he opened the Space Investigation Agency of Kazakhstan and managed the SS18 rockets recycling and conversion projects.

In 1994 under the decree of the President of Kazakhstan he was appointed to the post of General Director at the state aerospace JSC Coscom, organized a lease of the spaceport Baikonur to the Russian Federation.

In 1995 Sergey Sopov came back to Russia.

1996-1997 – General Director of the Perm Motors Corporation

1997-1999 – Chairman of the Board of directors of the Perm Motors Corporation

2001-the present time – President of the Avialeasing Company. He holds government and state awards.

Vladimir V. Kinderknekht (born in 1950) – the Senior Vice-president of  the Avialeasing Company

Education:

Higher: Perm State Technical University, “Aviation engines”.

In 1970 he started his work as a foreman at the Sverdlov Factory, later he worked as the Chief of the workshop and Deputy director of the factory.

In 1994 he was appointed the General Director of JSC “Perm motors”.

Work experience (during the last 10 years):

1994-1997 – General Director of JSC “Perm Motors”;

1997-1999 – General Director of “Perm Motors Corporation”;

2001-2005 – General Director of the Avialeasing Company;

2005- the present time – Senior Vice-president of the Avialeasing Company. He has government and state awards.

Victor Y. Novikov (born in 1962) -  the Vice-president of “Avialeasing Company”

Education:

Higher: 1. Perm State University, Faculty of Law. 2. Moscow International High School of Business (West-Ural branch)

Additional education:

1993 – bank management course within the program of Russian-American Bank Forum (Fairfield, Connecticut, USA);

1993-1995 – bank management course within the program of financial assistance volunteer corps (Russia). He worked as a detective at the public prosecution office and the Vice-Chairman of the Board of the Bank “Zarya Urala”.

Work experience (during the last 10 years):

1996- 1997 – Deputy Director of “Perm Motors Corporation”;

1997-1999 – Vice-Chairman of the Board of directors of “Perm Motors Corporation”;

2001-2002 – Chairman of the “Observation Board” of the “Perm Development Bank”;

2002-the present time – Vice President of the Avialeasing Company.

Oleg L. Kislukhin (born in 1971) – the General Director of “Avialeasing Company”

Education:

Higher: 1. Perm State University, Faculty of Law. 2. Perm State University, Accountancy, economic activity analysis and audit. 

Work experience (during the last 10 years):

1996-2001 – Chief of the Law Department of the Perm Motors Corporation;

2001-2005 – Deputy Director on financial and legal affairs of the Avialeasing Company;

2005-the present time: General Director of the Avialeasing Company
